As T-Mobile’s Executive Vice President, Marketing & Experience, Nick Drake is responsible for all marketing, product management, and digital platforms. His team is tasked with ensuring we deliver incredible marketing and customer experiences while driving the company’s digital transformation efforts.

Before joining T-Mobile, Nick served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC Shoes for Quiksilver, Inc. From 2009 to 2013 he was the Managing Director of advertising agency TBWAChiatDay, Los Angeles. He held various positions within Adidas Global Brand Marketing and Global Sports Marketing divisions from 2003 until 2009. He also acted as an advisor to First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative, was a speaker at the OECD, and served on the boards of various technology startups.

Prior to his executive career, Nick was a former professional rugby player and England Sevens team representative.

Rick Gomez is chief marketing officer for Target and a member of its executive leadership team. He is responsible for overseeing marketing and media strategy, creative, marketing communications, guest research, loyalty, corporate communications and corporate social responsibility efforts.

Rick joined Target in 2013 as senior vice president of brand and category marketing, where he was responsible for leading marketing efforts across all merchandise categories Target. He also led the seasonal marketing for campaigns like holiday and back-to-school and was responsible for creative collaborations that included designer partnerships, exclusive music artists and licensing.

Prior to joining Target, Rick held senior-level marketing positions at MillerCoors, PepsiCo and the Quaker Oats Company. He currently serves on the board for GLSEN (Gay Lesbian Student Education Network).

Rick received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
