Kimble Snyder is director of workforce initiatives at Panorama, a Seattle-based action tank that works alongside partners to drive action on major social issues, including paid leave. The Paid Leave Project, an initiative by Panorama, works with U.S. companies to raise awareness of the benefits of a comprehensive paid leave program for both employers and employees. Kimble brings her experience as an advisor to U.S. Secretary of Labor Tom Perez on working-family issues to Panorama’s paid leave work. She has worked across corporate, public, and non-profit sectors to identify and bridge gaps with informed policy on a variety of issues.

Michael Van Brunt is a licensed professional engineer with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and twenty years of experience in industry and consulting. He has significant environmental management and sustainability experience in a variety of industries including waste management, forest products, steel manufacturing, scrap recycling, and aluminum manufacturing. Van Brunt is currently Senior Director of Sustainability at Covanta where his primary focus is on sustainability reporting, climate change, carbon offset project development, and life cycle assessment.
