Jimmy Martin

Co-Founder, Brrrn

More

Brrrn is the first cool temperature (45-60°F) boutique fitness experience! They have three 50-minute group fitness classes:
FLOW in 60°F
SLIDE in 55°F
HIT in 45°F

Their research-driven concept is disrupting the fitness landscape by pairing the benefits of routine cool temperature exposure (called mild cold stress) with exercise (called environmental conditioning) to optimize the fitness experience—as well as provide other health benefits, such as burning more calories than in ambient or hotter environments. Less heat, a better workout.

They also have a communal infrared sauna experience. They view heat as dessert.

They’ve been featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, Live with Kelly and Ryan, GQ, Good Morning America, CNBC, FastCompany…
