Audiences include senior company executives, investors, and industry talent professionals.
Most recently, Neel was the Managing Partner of Green Peak, a premier Private Equity-focused talent advisory firm. Over his 9-year tenure, he served as a key advisor for over half of the top 25 Private Equity funds in the U.S., including KKR, Hellman & Friedman, TA Associates, TPG, and Madison Dearborn Partners. He has worked with over 150 companies with sizes ranging from pre-revenue startups to multi-billion-dollar corporations, including Asurion, JetBlue, and Schlumberger. Further, he helped to coalesce and align dozens of senior teams on the highest priority organizational challenges.
A CTI-certified executive coach, Neel has led over 75 developmental 360⁰ feedback and coaching programs for senior executives and investment professionals with measurable impact. Further, on senior talent evaluation, his success rate across 350 in-depth executive assessments is over 95% as measured by client reviews.
Prior to Green Peak, Neel worked with the Boston Consulting Group, spent several years leading startups and held positions at Intel, IBM, and Deloitte Consulting. He is also a guest lecturer on ‘Hiring Top Talent’ at the Wharton School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Neel holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
