Priti Joshi is the Global Director of Strategy at Bumble. She started her role in April 2018 leading special projects with a strong passion for Bumble’s mission. Today, she leads the data and insights team and focuses on driving growth in existing and new markets. Priti brings science to the art of business strategy, and uses her creative insights from data and market research to ensure sustainable growth for Bumble. Priti focuses heavily on expanding Bumble’s presence internationally and in Bumble’s existing markets in over 150 countries across the globe. In the last year, Priti led the strategic launch for Bumble in India and leads all marketing efforts in India today.

Prior to her current role, Priti spent the better part of a decade working in management consulting at McKinsey & Company where she helped solve strategic marketing and growth challenges for global consumer-focused companies.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Honors & Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and earned her MBA at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Adam Slohn

VP Production Systems, Warner Bros. Technology


Adam currently works for Warner Bros. Production Technology where he leads a team that researches, plans, and supports all of the software applications and technical infrastructure used by production crew working on all of WB’s live action and animated feature films around the world. This includes systems for casting, script development, production office management, art department, pre-visualization, physical production, visual effects & animation, and post production. He has been developing, pitching, and introducing new technology to various parts of the studio and crew production pipeline over the past 18 years as filmmaking processes have slowly converted from analog to digital. Before working at WB, Adam worked for 7 years in management consulting focusing on operations improvement and developing business cases for implementation of supply chain management systems for manufacturing companies and B2B trading exchanges. Adam completed his MBA in Finance at Wharton in 1994 where he was a Palmer Scholar. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, as well as a masters in engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Mark Somol

As a co-founder of Zeal, Mark is passionate about creating positive impact on the lives of company employees. Previously, Mark served as Percussion Software’s President, driving the launch of Percussion’s first SaaS product and transforming the company culture. Prior to joining Percussion, Mark served as COO and CFO at Mzinga, a SaaS company with HR products, and was a Principal at NeoCarta Ventures, a $300M venture capital fund. At NeoCarta, Mark worked closely with the CEOs of portfolio companies on business strategy, raising capital, M&A transactions, and operations. After beginning his career at Oracle, he helped to grow the Oracle Financing Division from a $150M US operation to a $500M global business.

Mark holds a BA in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University and an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Roland Mosimann

Founding Director & President, AlignAlytics


In 1995, Roland and Dr. Richard Connelly founded Business Intelligence International (now AlignAlytics) to develop winning solutions for business leaders worldwide. Today, Roland leads the company’s focus to help companies increase performance and manage risk by using Alignment Analytics to enhance business analytics and bring together people, process, information and technology. Roland was previously a member of the Executive Board of the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland, and a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Zurich.

He co-authored many books that continue to guide the industry, including The Multidimensional Manager: 24 Ways to Impact Your Bottom Line in 90 Days and the renowned series, The Performance Manager: Proven Strategies for Turning Information into Higher Business Performance. These books address performance management for banking, insurance, retail, life sciences and government. Roland has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics from The London School of Economics.
