Tyler Suiters brings 20 years of media and public engagement experience to the Consumer Technology Association, where he serves as Vice President of Communications. His team helps represent the voice of the consumer technology industry on legislative and regulatory affairs, market and product research and executive thought leadership. Additionally, Tyler’s team is integral to the production and promotion of CES, engaging 175,000 attendees and 6,500 media.

Before joining CTA, Tyler was Vice President for International Affairs at Edelman, where he developed strategies and programs for companies around the world including Experian North America and United Technologies. He also delivered training sessions and executed crisis communications for clients, and worked in Abu Dhabi as a consultant for the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Prior to that, Tyler served as Chief Correspondent at energyNOW!, a national TV show on Bloomberg focusing on energy and environmental issues, where his assignments took him to countries including China, Iceland and South Africa. More recently, he was a freelance correspondent for CBS Newspath in Washington reporting on politics and policy. Tyler also covered legislative and regulatory issues in Washington, and served as an anchor and reporter for ABC and NBC stations across the US.

Tyler has moderated international and domestic forums for groups such as the UN Foundation and Nissan Motors, and served as an expert panelist for the Electric Power Research Institute, Public Affairs Council and Al Jazeera English. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Oklahoma, Marymount University and the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Carreen Winter

Chairman of Reputation & Chief Strategy Officer, MWWPR


Carreen Winter leads MWWPR’s Corporate Reputation Management practice, covering all aspects of corporate reputation including executive positioning, employee engagement, CSR and citizenship, crisis and issues management and labor relations. Beginning her career with MWWPR 27 years ago, Carreen has been responsible for some of the agency’s most recognized work. She is a noted blogger, author and speaker on topics related to reputation, and appears regularly in the national news media including the WSJ’s Crisis of the Week.

Charles Herman

Equally adept in the board room as in the operating room, in quantitative financial modeling as in reconstructive surgery, Dr. Charles K. Herman is a seasoned senior medical executive, entrepreneur, and award-winning researcher, author, and plastic surgeon. Well-versed in the business of healthcare, Dr. Herman serves in a senior medical executive role in Northeastern Pennsylvania’s largest health system and has served as Chair of its Foundation Board and Secretary of its Management Board. He has served as a consultant and advisor to several private equity, venture capital, medical consulting and management companies, being involved in all phases of multiple biotechnology and medical device startups’ life cycles, as well as in provider services and healthcare IT investments and his own startups. Dr. Herman graduated in the top of his class as a Palmer Scholar with an MBA with Honors at The Wharton School of Business.

Eran Ofir is the CEO and Co-Founder of Somatix, a real-time gesture detection platform for effective healthcare intervention, utilizing sensors built into a range of wearables to remotely detect, analyze, gain insights and act on massive volumes of body motion data. Eran has 20 years of experience in executive roles with multinational companies, where he established and led business units at Orange, AOL Mobile, Amdocs, Convergys and NCR. Over the last decade, Eran has lived and worked in Israel, South Africa, China and the US, selling software platforms, hardware, services and consulting to customers in telecom, internet, retail, utilities, financial services and healthcare sectors.
