Marissa Tarleton is the chief marketing officer of RetailMeNot, Inc. In this role, she directs all consumer brand advertising, customer acquisition and retention, search engine marketing, public relations, internal communications, business-to-business marketing, and customer relationship management.
Prior to RetailMeNot, Marissa led marketing for Dell Inc.’s North America Consumer and Small Business organization. Her responsibilities included driving new customer acquisition through marketing communications, media, partner programs, loyalty and CRM for both the Dell direct and retail businesses.
During her 13-year tenure at Dell she has served in multiple regional and global marketing leadership roles including product marketing, brand management, e-commerce and digital marketing as well as leadership of Dell’s global advertising team. Prior to Dell, Marissa worked in advertising in New York City for both Ogilvy & Mather and Foote Cone & Belding. She was responsible for account and media leadership for brands such as IBM, Nabisco, and the United States Postal Service.
Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

“Getting dressed should be the easiest part of your day” – something native New Yorker, Danielle

Bernstein, proclaimed when founding her now cult- status style blog, We Wore What, in 2010.

The site began as a daily dose of outfit inspiration before growing into an aspirational- while still

relatable- home for all things coveted.

Being a true entrepreneur and with the foundation of a growing and engaged audience, Danielle

launched her own brand, Second Skin Overalls in 2016 and the following year became an investor/

partner in a tech company called Movie Grade and also in a new digital workout experience called

Our Body Electric or Obe. In May of 2018 Danielle will be launching her second swimwear

collaboration with Onia Swim and her first jewelry collaboration with Lulu DK which will be

launched exclusively at Nordstrom and then will become available at retailers throughout the US

and internationally.

With an inherent love for fitness, Danielle launched We Danced What, a series of weekly dance

videos and hosts dance classes for fans weekly in NYC. The fitness vertical has expanded her

brand into the lifestyle and activewear space and is further supported by her long term

ambassadorship with Fiji Water.

Danielle has been invited to speak about her business on panels at Columbia University, FIT, Who

What Wear and multiple others. She was on Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2017.

Doug Fletcher is the co-author of How Clients Buy: A Practical Guide to Business Development for Consulting and Professional Services. He has over 20 years of business development experience in the field of management consulting. In 1999, he co-founded North Star Consulting Group, a technology-enabled consulting firm that specializes in global web-survey projects. He helped grow North Star into a leading global web-survey provider serving Fortune 500 clients. In 2014, Doug successfully sold North Star, and began the second phase of his career in education.

He currently splits his time between teaching at Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship, and speaking/coaching/education on the topic of business development in consulting and professional services.

Earlier in his professional life, Doug served as a consultant with the management consultancy, A.T. Kearney, and was trained at General Electric in its leadership development program. Since 2010, he has served on the Board of Directors of The Beacon Group, a growth strategy consulting firm headquartered in Portland, Maine. He is a graduate of Clemson University’s College of Engineering and has an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
