Claudia Zylberberg, PhD, is a biotech leader with more than 30 years in the field. She is the founder and CEO of Akron Biotechnology, an innovative company that develops, manufactures and markets ancillary materials and novel products/tools under cGMP compliance for tissue, cell and gene therapies serving the regenerative medicine industry from development to bedside. She also co-founded Assurelmmune, an adult stem cell bank, for personalized medicine and advisory board member of Theradaptive, a company that is dedicated to fugture orthopedic treatments will demand higher performance and shorter recovery times. She holds numerous patents and peer-reviewed publication records. She has developed several products to support the industry growth, like new cryomedia and novel platform technologies such as Matrixyme and others.

Dr. Zylberberg has several patent-pending technologies, received many grants through NIIH and the Department of Defense. She co-chaired and was a key note speaker at several international conferences. in early years, Dr. Zylberberg worked on human plasma derived products. She is currently a board: ISCT, ARM, SCB, ISSCR, BioFlorida, National Academy of Sciences – Regen Med Forum, Cord Blood Association, Organ Preservation Alliance. Member of several Innovation Centers, ARMII, NIIMBL, Wake Forest and others. NIH NIHDC Business Advisor, among others. Grant Reviewer. Other advisory positions include ISO US TAG, BioFlorida, ISSCR, Cord Blood Association, Biomedical Engienering University of Miami. She also published a children’s book “You’re Full of Genes.”

An entrepreneur at the forefront of marketing, branding, positioning and communicating “The Next Big Thing,” Andy Cunningham has played a key role in the launch of a number of new categories including video games, personal computers, desktop publishing, digital imaging, RISC microprocessors, software as a service, very light jets, and clean tech investing.

She is an expert in creating and executing marketing, branding and communication strategies that accelerate growth, increase shareholder value, and advance corporate reputation.

Andy came to Silicon Valley in 1983 to work for Regis McKenna and help Steve Jobs launch the Macintosh. When Steve left Apple to form NeXT and acquire Pixar, he chose Andy’s public relations agency, Cunningham Communication, to represent him. She continued to work with Steve for several years and has developed marketing, branding, and communication strategies for game-changing technologies and companies ever since.

Andy is the founder and president of Cunningham Collective, a marketing, brand and communication strategy firm dedicated to bringing innovation to market. The 5-year old firm has worked with many companies in various markets including telecommunications, search, energy efficiency, media and publishing, finance, mobile apps, display technology, healthcare, big data and semiconductors. Andy is also the host of the popular podcast Marketing Over Ice.

Andy graduated from Northwestern University and lives in Sausalito, California, with her husband Rand Siegfried.

Norty Cohen is CEO and Founder of Moosylvania, the St. Louis-based ad and creative agency well-known for their sought-after annual research and data on the Top 100 global brands. Cohen shares his insights and research at events throughout the US every year, however, for the first time, he will be publishing his research in the upcoming book, The Participation Game, which examines how and why consumers adopt brands.

Prior to starting Moosylvania, Cohen was the COO of former agency of the year, Zipatoni. Prior to his four decades of creative and innovation engineering experience, he received his degree from the University of Missouri, School of Journalism. Cohen is a weekend rock warrior, and plays percussion in a 70s review rock band. He is also on the Executive Board of Gateway to Hope, a charity that buys insurance for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Cohen can be found on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
