Geralyn Breig is Founder and CEO of AnytownUSA.com, the first e-commerce marketplace for American-made goods, which she launched in 2018. She also hosts and produces the podcast The American Made Marketplace available on iTunes, Spotify, SoundCloud, and Google Play.

As a senior executive with Fortune 500 companies, Geralyn ran operations on 5 continents for leading consumer products and specialty retail brands. Today she serves on the Boards of 1800Flowers.com Inc. (NASDAQ:FLWS) and Hanes Brands Inc. (HBI:NYSE) where she is on their Audit committees and Welch Foods Inc. where she Chairs the Nomination and Governance committee.

Geralyn is the former President of Clarks, Americas, a $1B division of the global footwear company. From 2014-2016 she had P&L responsibility for the North and South American omnichannel retailer, including over 3000 employees, and 300+ stores, e-commerce, and extensive wholesale distribution.

From 2008-2011 Geralyn served as President, Avon North America, a division of Avon Products Inc. including the U.S.A., Canada, and the Caribbean. With P&L responsibility for this $2.3B operation and over 4500 employees, she oversaw sales, strategy, finance, marketing, communications and HR for the region. Geralyn joined Avon in 2005 as SVP & Global Brand President responsible for Global Marketing and R&D, leading a group of over 500 employees.

Previously, Geralyn was President, Godiva Chocolatier International. She managed the P&L of a $200Million omni channel retailer with over 800 employees spanning 85 countries. She redesigned the Godiva stores and business model, driving exceptional growth in Asia, and restructured Europe.

Prior to Godiva, Geralyn was VP of Marketing for Pepperidge Farm. She joined in 1995 as VP, Strategy & Business Development, Pepperidge Farm.

Earlier in her career, Geralyn spent nine years at Kraft Foods where she held increasingly responsible positions in marketing. She began her career in marketing in the Beauty Care Division of Procter & Gamble.

Geralyn holds a B.S. in Economics magna cum laude from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Graboyes

Senior Research Fellow, Mercatus Center at George Mason University


Dr. Robert Graboyes is a Senior Research Fellow and health care scholar at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Author of “Fortress and Frontier in American Health Care,” his work asks, “How can we make health care as innovative in the next 25 years as information technology was in the past 25?”

Previously, he was health care advisor for the National Federation of Independent Business, economics professor at the University of Richmond, regional economist/director of education at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and Sub-Saharan Africa economist for Chase Manhattan Bank. His work has taken him to Europe, Africa, and Central Asia. An award-winning teacher, he has also taught health economics in graduate programs at Virginia Commonwealth University, the University of Virginia, George Mason University, and the George Washington University.

His degrees include a PhD in Economics from Columbia University; master’s from Columbia University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the College of William and Mary; and a bachelor’s from the University of Virginia. He has chaired the National Economists Club, Richmond Association for Business Economics, and National Association for Business Economics Healthcare Roundtable.

He won the Reason Foundation’s 2014 Bastiat Prize for Journalism, an international competition for “writing that best demonstrates the importance of individual liberty and free markets with originality, wit, and eloquence.”
