Stefanie Tignor is a People Scientist and Analytics Lead at Humu, based in Mountain View CA. At Humu Stefanie uses her academic training to implement scientifically validated interventions and analytic approaches to help make work better for everyone, everywhere. Prior to joining Humu Stefanie was a professor in Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, teaching consumer psychology and researching the intersection of personality, emotional experience, and well-being. Stefanie’s research has been published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the Journal of Personality, and the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing.

Sebastian Wernicke

Chief Data Scientist, ONE LOGIC


As Chief Data Scientist, Dr. Sebastian Wernicke is responsible for the entire data science field at ONE LOGIC. Dr. Wernicke is able to draw on over a decade of experience at the interface between consulting and scalable data analysis. This experience was gained initially in strategic corporate consulting at BCG and Oliver Wyman, and subsequently as a member of the management team and as Managing Director UK at Seven Bridges, a biomedical data analysis company based in Boston and London. Before making the switch to ONE LOGIC, he was responsible for establishing the data science division at Solon, a specialised strategic consultancy operating in the tech and telecommunications fields. Dr. Wernicke completed his diploma in bioinformatics in Tübingen before subsequently gaining his PhD in the analysis of complex network structures at the University of Jena.
