Derrick Perkins is the Market Executive for the Greater Washington DC.  His primary role is to help meet the local market goals of connecting businesses, families, and individuals to the banking and investment teams. He will also support efforts to deploy the bank’s resources in the market to address social and economic concerns and build strong communities. Prior to accepting the role as Market Executive, he was a Senior Relationship Manager with coverage of affordable housing developers based in Suburban MD, Washington, DC and Virginia. His responsibilities also included leading the Bank’s national Charter School construction lending efforts.

Derrick joined NationsBank in 1998 in the Consumer Credit Card division as an account Manager in Norfolk, VA.  In 2000, Derrick accepted a role as a Portfolio Management Associate in the Business Banking division in Richmond, VA.  In 2002, Derrick relocated to Mclean, VA to work in the Middle Market banking group as a credit analyst and eventually an Underwriter.  After four years in the Middle Market banking Derrick accepted a role within Community Development Lending, underwriting affordable housing developers and charter school facilities. Derrick accepted his current role as Market Executive in 2018.

Derrick holds Bachelor’s from Hampton University and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. 

Derrick lives in Upper Marlboro, MD. Derrick sits on the Boards of Virginia Housing Alliance and Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers

Mike Mulvihill, Executive Vice President of Research, League Operations and Strategy is responsible for program scheduling, strategic planning, Nielsen ratings analysis and advertising sales and communications support throughout FOX Sports. Recognized for his influence in the sports media industry, Mulvihill is a member of the Sports Business Journal’s prestigious “Forty Under 40” Class of 2010.

In addition to playing an integral role in the programming and research of News Corp’s upcoming 24-hour sports cable network, FS1, Mulvihill plays an important role at FOX Sports in helping to maintain existing rights deals with the National Football League and Major League Baseball as well as acquiring new properties. He was involved in the television rights deal securing the FIFA World Cup in 2018, 2022 and 2026, and the company’s 12-year agreement with the Pac-12 for a regular-season over-the-air college package, a first for FOX Sports. Mulvihill also serves as a liaison with the NFL, MLB and NASCAR, providing input on scheduling decisions to maximize viewership. His involvement with the game regionalization for the NFL has helped propel FOX Sports to record ratings the past three seasons.

Mulvihill has been with FOX Sports for more than 17 years, joining the company in 1995 as a research analyst. Prior to FOX Sports, Mulvihill worked at CBS in affiliate research.

Mulvihill graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award from his school in 2008. Mulvihill resides in Los Angeles.
