I am a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. Diversity and inclusion should not be a standalone initiative, but should be incorporated into every aspect of the employee life cycle.
As Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, I am responsible for developing and successfully executing on Diversity and Inclusion strategies that not only help us attract diverse talent but also help us maintain an inclusive work environment. I work closely with employees, senior leaders, and community organizations to help ensure that our workforce better reflects the community we serve, and that people actually feel that they belong no matter what their backgrounds or personal preferences.
