Aimee Johnson

Chief Marketing Officer, Zillow

As chief marketing officer at Zillow Group, Aimee oversees marketing, including brand strategy, insights, product marketing and all marketing channels for Zillow Group and its portfolio of brands.

Prior to joining Zillow Group, Aimee served as senior vice president of marketing programs and digital innovation at Starbucks. In prior Starbucks roles, she ran CRM and loyalty programs, customer analytics, the beverages division, and corporate social responsibility marketing. For 10 years prior to her work at Starbucks, she ran several businesses at Campbell Soup Company. Before that, Aimee was a computer programmer at Sallie Mae.

Aimee is active in her community, volunteering at UCDS and the Seattle Girls’ School, and participates in various women’s leadership forums. In addition, Aimee sits on the board of the Seattle Symphony.

Aimee holds a bachelor of science in marketing and English from Virginia Tech and a masters of business administration from George Washington University.
