Chris is currently Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Communications and Site Services at Arkema Inc., a diversified chemical manufacturing company headquartered in King of Prussia, PA with more than forty sites throughout the Americas and revenues in excess of $4B.
Chris has worked in the field of Human Resources for more than 30 years in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology and professional services. He joined Arkema in 2005 after serving in HR Vice President roles at Campbell Soup Company, ARAMARK Corporation and Airgas, Inc. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in organization development roles at Borg-Warner Corporation and Siemens.
Chris has taught part-time at higher education institutions since 1991 and is an adjunct professor for Villanova University’s Masters in Human Resources program. He also serves on Temple University’s Senior HR Advisory Group. Chris received his B.S. degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University and earned his Master’s Degree in the field of Industrial Psychology from Temple University.
