Janice Le

VP of Global Marketing and Chief Marketer, Aruba

As VP of Global Marketing, Janice is the Chief Marketer for Aruba, overseeing all global marketing operations, and she drives the marketing strategy for Aruba. Her responsibilities include product and solutions marketing, global campaigns, channel marketing, demand, brand, digital, customer experience, and communications.

Janice is a veteran of the high tech industry in Silicon Valley with 20+ years of experience in marketing, product, and general management roles for B2B enterprise software and hardware portfolios including networking, mobile, cloud, IoT, data and analytics, SaaS, digital media, video and collaboration. Prior to HPE Aruba, Janice led portfolio marketing for Cisco’s Data and Analytics and Automation portfolio and also served as general manager for Cisco’s Digital Media business unit.

Janice also serves as a Board Member of CALICO, a child abuse listening, interviewing, and coordination center for Alameda county that helps ~1,000 kids per year find justice and healing.

Janice holds a M.S. in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University and a BS in Business Admin from SJSU, and has various business and technical certifications. She also holds a patent on networked IP video walls.
