Chief Marketing Officer, Casper

Jeff Brooks is Chief Marketing Officer at Casper, where he leads its acquisition, retention, communications, analytics, content, and marketing teams. He is also responsible for driving the company’s advertising, brand, and digital marketing strategies.

Jeff brings 25 years’ experience in building world-class brands to his role at Casper. Mostly recently, he was President and CMO of digital agency Huge. Under his leadership, Huge achieved record business growth, expanded into new markets, and produced award-winning work widely recognized for its creativity and innovation.

Prior to Huge, Jeff was Chief Commercial Officer at MDC Media Partner’s Assembly, helping to launch and grow the agency to over 500 people with more than $3 billion in annual billings. Jeff has also held C-level roles at leading advertising agencies M&C Saatchi, Havas, and Proximity.

Jeff is a graduate of Hamilton College.
