Chief Financial Officer of various private and public technology companies with over 20 years of senior management experience. Represents executive management with both public and private Boards, including Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors. Has served as a member of the Board.

A driven individual with the enterprise experience to craft and effectively articulate a vision, possessing the tactical ability to consistently execute. Participated as the lead architect in creative structuring of business model development, strategic planning, customer agreements, and other ventures undertaken by the corporations served. As a versatile deal maker, able to see opportunities, close profitable transactions, and build alliances. A primary advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, consistently delivering meaningful initiatives resulting in transactional, operational, and financially beneficial business outcomes.

Extensive experience in all areas of business management and operations, implementing business initiatives, realization of efficiencies, as well as measurement and accountability, at all levels, in publicly traded, late stage, closely held, and start-up companies — with a background in global corporations, cash-rich and cash-restricted organizations, and particularly as applied to aspects of rapid growth and scale management.

Peter joined FLG Partners in 2018. Prior to FLG Partners, Peter recently served as CFO of Risk Management Solutions, an enterprise SaaS modeling and data analytics company in the insurance industry with over $300M in revenue and over 1,200 employees worldwide. At RMS, Mr. Eidelman led the implementation of automated data driven dashboard reporting for budget owners, implemented organizational effectiveness initiative which accelerated time to business decisions and identified cost savings initiatives resulting in over $50M in annual recurring cost savings to improve shareholder value. Mr. Eidelman served as the CFO at C3 Energy, an enterprise SaaS data analytics and machine learning company serving the utility industry. At C3, Peter supported the CEO and Board of Directors with business and financial initiatives during a time of transformation while relaunching it’s go to market strategy and accelerating the expansion of its product portfolio. Prior to C3, Peter was the CFO at Intermolecular, a material science and thin film deposition company serving the semiconductor industry where he led several private financings, their initial public offering, acquisitions and restructurings. As CFO of Cellon International, a mobile phone design and manufacturing company, he closed several financings, acquisitions, restructurings and divestitures. Mr. Eidelman also served as CFO and treasurer of Sunrise Telecom Inc., which he guided through an initial public offering and several acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he was the manager of tax, accounting and compliance for Amdahl Corporation, and a manager at the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers). He earned a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and has completed post-graduate studies in business and taxation at Bentley College in Waltham, Mass. He also completed an executive mini-MBA program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Eidelman is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
