Ruchika Singhal is the Vice President of Global Health & Medtronic Labs, an internal business within Medtronic with the mission to expand access to healthcare for underserved patients, families and communities across the world.
Prior to this role, she worked at CR Bard as Vice President, International with responsibility for driving growth of hernia & biosurgery products in international markets. Previously, she worked at Medtronic for fourteen years in various roles across Strategy, International Market Development, Marketing and New Product Development. She has had extensive experience developing businesses in emerging markets and has pioneered scalable and sustainable business models to address healthcare needs at the bottom of the socio-economic pyramid.
She is actively involved in mentoring social businesses and is passionate about healthcare and women’s empowerment, especially in underserved communities. Ruchika holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance, Strategy & International Business from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
