A recognized expert on the future of work, Sally founded Forshay in 2011 to connect the Bay Area’s most innovative and progressive companies with exceptional talent, on demand. Prior to founding Forshay, Sally co-founded Flexperience in 2006, and worked with clients ranging from global leaders high-growth start ups. Under her leadership, Flexperience was grown into a nationally acclaimed firm that connected Bay Area experienced professionals with flexible work projects, and was awarded “Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies” in 2010 by the San Francisco Business Times.

Sally has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, KQED radio, Forbes, NBC11 News, ABC7 News, and Sally has presented to audiences ranging from large business conferences to regular guest lectures at both Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Sally works with Stanford’s “Redesigning and Redefining Work” project to support efforts to restructure workplaces so that they are more effectively aligned with the lives of today’s workforce and organizations are better able to harness diverse talent for their future success.
