Tiffany Yau

Hult Prize Ivy National Director; Founder & CEO, Hult Prize Foundation; Fulphil

I am a dedicated leader passionate about creating sustainable social impact through social entrepreneurship and more importantly, empowering people. I launched Fulphil in 2018 and Hult Prize Ivy in 2017 with the goal of empowering the youth to pursue their passions through entrepreneurship. I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership (Cl’ 19) and B.A. in Sociology (Cl’ 18) at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2016, I was a Campus Director for Hult Prize@ Penn. The Hult Prize Foundation is the world’s foremost platform for the creation and launch of social enterprises. The impact of the organization made me realize my passion. I created and launched Hult Prize Ivy in July 2017. This past weekend, we hosted the first-ever Hult Prize Ivy FInal, bringing together all eight Ivy League universities for the chance to win $10,000, advancing one step closer to Hult Prize’s grand prize to win $1,000,000 to change the world. I am continuing my journey in the social impact sector and have launched my own initiative (Fulphil) to empower students to innovate and create impact in Philadelphia and will be launching this with the City of Philadelphia.
