Tony Ponturo spent 26 years at Anheuser-Busch serving as Vice-President of Global Media ,Sports and Entertainment Marketing for 17 of those years. Also, he served on the Anheuser-Busch Strategy Committee representing the top 15 executives of the company.
He was annually ranked in the top 20 most powerful people in sports and ranked #14 among Businessweek’s list of most prominent executives.
Ponturo is Chairmen of the Global Media in Sports Conference for the NYU Tisch Sports Institute for Sports Media and Business Sports Institute for Sports Management,Media and Business. He is also an NYU Adjunct Professor teaching Leadership Ponturo was inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame in 2010 . And Sports Business Journals Hall of Fame – Champions – 2009.
