Peter CappelliPeter Cappelli

Recently named by HR Magazine as one of the top five thinkers in management, Professor Peter Cappelli is world-renowned expert in human resources and labor. An international speaker and advisor, Cappelli Co-Directed the US government's National Center on the Educational Quality of the Workforce in the Bush and Clinton administrations. He is the author of several books, including “Why Good People Can’t Get Jobs”, and his latest book is "Will College Pay Off?" He is also the faculty director of Business Radio for the Wharton School.

Dan O’MearaDan O’Meara

Dan O’Meara has been a practicing attorney for over twenty-five years, with extensive experience in employment litigation, labor relations and preventive human resource practices. He is the Chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Montgomery McCracken, a Philadelphia-based firm. He is the Managing Director of the Wharton School Council on Employee Relations, and is the author of several books and numerous articles concerning employment law. He obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He graduated, with honors, from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in Labor Studies.
