In addition, Dean Chandan is partner, global head of strategy, and a member of the investment committee at Capri Capital, a multinational investment management firm with approximately $3.8 billion of assets under management in the United States and additional interests in Sub-Saharan Africa and India. He is also founder of Chandan Economics, a provider of multifamily and commercial real estate mortgage data and risk analytics to banks and bank regulators, and co-host of the Real Estate Hour on SiriusXM Business Radio.

Professor Susan M. Wachter is the Richard B. Worley Professor of Financial Management at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Director for the Wharton GeoSpatial Initiative and Lab, and the co-director of the Penn Institute for Urban Research. She also co-directs Penn’s Spatial Integration Laboratory for Urban Systems As an economist, she is frequently sought for comment on real estate market trends in well known media outlets. She has previously served as Assistant Secretary for Policy Development and Research with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, among other leadership roles.

Bob Lane is a partner at the law firm of Stevens & Lee, practicing commercial real estate law, and is an Adjunct Professor teaching Real Estate Law and Transactions at the Wharton School. He is nationally recognized in all aspects of commercial real estate development, acquisitions and financing, with over 30 years of experience representing a wide variety of companies, large and small, in diverse industries, as well as major real estate developers, syndicators and REITs. Bob's clients have included many Fortune 500 companies; national real estate companies; and a Congressionally chartered U.S. Government lending institution. He lectures and writes extensively on such subjects as commercial leasing, zoning and land use, boundary law, real estate taxation, real estate development and the negotiation and structuring of international transactions.

Zachary SheinbergZachary Sheinberg

Zachary Sheinberg is the founder and Managing Partner of Wind Raven, LLC, a privately-held real estate investment and advisory company based in New York, NY. Wind Raven focuses opportunistically on hospitality, residential and industrial value-add assets and development projects in New York, South Florida and Southern California.

Prior to founding Wind Raven, Mr. Sheinberg was the Managing Director of HB Capital Group, LLC, a family real estate investment office based in Miami, Florida. At HB, he oversaw development and asset management. Before working with HB, Mr. Sheinberg managed development projects and portfolio operating assets at The Witkoff Group, a New York-based real estate investment and development company. At Witkoff, his principal focus was hospitality, residential and retail projects in New York and Miami. Prior to Witkoff, Mr. Sheinberg practiced law in the Real Estate Group at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York, where he advised large financial institutions and private real estate investors and developers on property acquisitions, developments and financings.

Mr. Sheinberg is a graduate of the undergraduate Joseph Wharton Honors Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Michigan Law School and the Wharton MBA Program. Additionally, Mr. Sheinberg is an LEO Intermittent Lecturer in the Finance Department at the University of Michigan Ross and serves as the Faculty Advisor to the Ross Real Estate Fund, a student-run real estate investment platform.
